San Francisco Probate Court is currently monitoring the case of a 98 year old Alzheimer’s patient who was placed in a conservatorship by Commissioner Sue Kaplan.
Within the last 15 months, the conservators and attorneys appointed by Commissioner Kaplan have spent over $600,000 of the conservatee’s life savings!
