She Had a Plan to Get Rid of Elizabeth Adler!
The Plan
A Poem by Lori D.
Met with an attorney in August of two-oh-oh-nine,
This attorney said rest assured everything will turn out fine.
This attorney said rest assured everything will turn out fine.
She had a plan she thought would work to get rid of Lizzy A.,
Wish we had never listened to Elvira Orly on that August day.
The plan was to nominate her client to be the conservator, you see,
Said he would support us, a trusted friend, an ally he would be.
Uncle Paul signed a document saying he wanted to use her client, Herb,
Within a week our new friend and ally had already kicked us to the curb.
Later found out that Elvira Orly filed a document Paul DeMartini never saw,
Just went ahead and attached it to the one he signed. Isn't that against the law?
Later found out that Elvira Orly filed a document Paul DeMartini never saw,
Just went ahead and attached it to the one he signed. Isn't that against the law?
Her plan to get rid of Elizabeth Adler was a joke, a farce right from the start,
My Grandmother ended up with two conservators and neither one has a heart.
It seems Ms. Orly’s intentions were really no different from the rest of them,
Just another dishonest, greedy lawyer who turned out to be a real gem!
To contact Elvira, eorly@justice.com is the address you must use,
Justice for Catherine DeMartini, Ms. Orly, for you see I refuse to lose.
Elvira and her client, Herb Thomas, submitted their bill just the other day,
$62,000 for one year of services they want my Grandmother to pay.
They have asked the Judge to order that a lien be attached to her property,
And they want 5% per year interest from their 99 year old conservatee.
Unfortunately, this is not a bad dream and everything I say is true,
This could happen to your family. This could happen to even you!
