Once...Favored trust beneficiary works for plumbing contractor that re-did probate attorney's kitchen in San Francisco.

Twice...Original trustor's attorney had a previously, undisclosed relationship with favored trust beneficiary's felon girlfriend.

Three times...Probate attorney and original mediator are friends on Facebook, have mutual clients and have done seminars together....none of this was disclosed prior to the mediation.

Granddaughter files a complaint with the State of California regarding several nursing home "deficiencies" witnessed while staying with her dying Grandmother.

Owner of nursing home and the volatile head nurse, tell the investigator from the State of California that the complaintant's Father was with her during visits with Grandmother.

Complaintant's Father died in 1972! 

No one resembling her Father or anyone else's father for that matter was with her at the nursing home.  Her Uncle NEVER even met the owner and head nurse.
