Ringing in the New Year!
During the first week of 2009, I saw my new best friend several times. Each time she asked if she could "borrow" money from me. By this time, I felt trapped and was sure that she was not telling my brother the truth about the money I had "loaned" to her.
On or about January 9, 2009, I called my brother at work and asked if her could stop by my Grandmother's house on his way home from work.
When he arrived, I told him that I wanted to go for a walk, and as we walked I told him about the recent loans I had given his girlfriend.
I was shocked. She definitely had not told him of the loans. He told me that he was going to break up with her, that she was a liar and for the first time I learned that her ex-husband did not owe her $100,000...she owed him $100,000.
He begged me not to lend her anymore money. Before he left, he asked me if the Trust would want to invest $60,000 in the Clearlake property he owns.
Don't lend my girlfriend money but give me $60,000! WOW!

"He raped me!"
A truthful blog dedicated to the loving memory of my grandmother, Catherine DeMartini, who is another innocent victim of greedy conservators and their even greedier attorneys who monopolize over 40% of the conservator business in our beautiful City by the Bay!

For Emilie Calhoun
The Attorney’s Code of Ethics is referred to as The Code sometimes, it’s true,
The Code contains rules of conduct and professional responsibilities, too.
A solemn oath is taken by every single attorney when they first start out,
These rules and responsibilities should become their belief without a doubt.
An attorney shall display conduct that is an example to all the rest,
Lies and greed would surely put an attorney with no conscience to the test.
They should grow their practice in accordance with ethical standards, you see,
Lying to the Court and filing forged declarations is just as wrong as it can be.
Emilie Calhoun must have missed the ethics class when she went to law school,
By the time this case is over dear Emilie Calhoun will look like quite the fool.
Emilie did not do her due diligence and look at the background of this case,
She is an embarrassment to the law profession, a liar and such a disgrace.
Conservator Nightmare - Part 7
Let's Have a
New Year’s Eve Party
In my last installment, I told you that my new best friend and I were giving a New Year’s Eve party together and that she needed a “loan” for $750 to pay for her half.
My part of giving the party was to buy all the wine and alcohol. My new friend asked me to buy 2 cases of wine, vodka and mix. I also was assigned appetizers. Should have been a hell of a spread with $750 worth of food and some decorations! Don’t you think?
Well, New Year’s Eve day came around, and I talked to my new friends dozens of times. She was going to come pick me up and then my brother would drive me home after midnight. My Uncle planned on staying with my Grandmother until I returned.
Well, the time for pick-up came and went. At 8:00 pm, I received a call informing me that my friend couldn’t pick me up. My Expedition was at my brother’s house, so I did not have a car.
When I hinted that I might just stay home. My new friend became irrate. I called a cab and arrived in Millbrae at 9:30 p.m. There were 3 or 4 people there. Who was going to drink all the wine and where was the extravagant New Year’s Eve meal I had anticipated?
My new best friend was dancing around the kitchen by herself. I looked at my brother who rolled his eyes. I stayed for a half hour, called a cab and went home.

I AM NOT SPECIAL
Conservatorship Abuse, also known as Guardianship Abuse in some States, is an epidemic! In a nutshell, Conservatorship Abuse is defined as attorneys and conservators using their court appointed status to steal from the people they are supposed to protect. This abuse is a multi billion dollar business. The San Francisco contingency owns over 35% of San Francisco’s probate business.
For the past 18 months, I have been fighting these unscrupulous attorneys and conservators who actually go into the courtroom and tell the judge about how they are protecting the conservatee. In reality, they are sucking the estate dry, and they could care less about the conservatee.
They destroy families. When the money is gone, they end the conservatorship leaving the conservatee in a Medicaid funded facility forgetting to inform the family of their loved ones whereabouts.
These self-serving, egotists do not care about my Grandmother. This is how they make their living! Until yesterday, I really didn’t understand the depth of their lies and greed. They have no conscious, and they will go to any length to steal from the helpless conservatees they “protect.” Sadly, the court allows this travesty to continue.
They tell these lies over and over again every day to the same Judge. Each day the victims change, but they lies continue. Up until yesterday, I could not understand why the Judge didn’t see the pattern. I wondered why the Judge wasn’t protecting me. I have wanted to stand up and say, I am innocent. What happened to innocent until proven guilty in your courtroom?
Yesterday I realized that there are thousands and thousands of families across the United States that are in the EXACT same situation as me and I am not special. Why would the court treat me differently than them? We are all victims. This is a CRIME, and there is not any one powerful enough to do anything about it.

Back By Popular Demand!
Ode to Lizzy Adler
Lizzy Adler took an axe,
Gave her client forty whacks.
When she saw what she had done,
She gave the family forty one.
Stole their homes and money, too,
Poor conservatees did not have a clue.
Evil and driven by greed that's a fact,
Did the devil and Lizzy make a pact?
This fiduciary's reign must come to an end,
Because Lizzy Adler is no one's friend!

New Year's Eve Party!
Christmas is now a distant memory for some of us, and I am still trying to figure out my new best friend.
On December 28th, my friend approached me and asked if I would be interested in hosting a New Year's Eve party with her. My first reaction was to say no but as she explained, my brother really wanted to have a party and they just didn't have the money....that damn ex-husband!
We talked about the party and who would be invited and reluctantly I agreed. We then went to lunch, and after I paid, my new friend informed me that she needed a "loan" to pay for her portion of the New Year's Eve extravaganza.
OMG! I thought to myself. I asked her how much money she needed and she told me $750. By now, I felt committed to the party and she was still adamant about paying me back the "loan" in March when her divorce was final and she received $100,000 from her ex-husband.
We drove to the bank, and I withdrew $750 from my account! By now, I knew she only took cash. No checks! Ex-husband ruined her credit!
I gave her $750 and off she went....

Court Hearing Today!
Off to court this morning. 400 McAlllister, Room 204 at 10:30 am.
There is a hearing scheduled regarding fee petitions for Elizabeth Adler, Larry Siracusa, Herb Thomas and Elvira Orly.
In just 15 months, the attorneys and conservators involved in my Grandmother’s case are claiming over $600,000 in fees! And, they want to place a lien on my Grandmother's house! Before they try to sell it, of course. The hearing to sell the house is next month on her birthday!! How thoughtful! You know they only looking out for her best interests!
SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!

IMAGINE THIS!
IMAGINE THIS! Your family home is the one place you have felt safe your whole life. It is the place you go when you need nurturing and comfort. It is the place you go to feel love.
IMAGINE THIS! One day, strangers appointed by the court, take possession of your family’s home. They padlock the door. They tell you cannot go into your family’s home unless you go alone in the presence of a court appointed conservator and attorney.
IMAGINE THIS!
These court appointed attorneys and conservators have control of your Grandmother and they have put her in a disgusting, unaccredited nursing home even though she has the resources to be cared for in the comfort of her own home where she has lived for over 80 years!
THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU! IMAGINE THAT!!

The Week Between Christmas and New Year's
Christmas was now over and I did not hear from my new best friend until December 27th when she called and asked if she could come over to visit. Of course, I said yes even though I knew the reason for her visit and was reluctant to lend her any more money.
She arrived at lunch time, and we went out for Chinese food on Irving Street. My Uncle was at the house that day and he was happy to stay with my Grandmother while I was at lunch.
While at lunch, my friend told me the sad story of how her ex-husband did not pay child support for the month. With tears in her eyes, she confessed to me that she was “broke” and asked if I could lend her some money. I offered to write her a check but she insisted on cash. After I paid for lunch, we went to the bank, and I withdrew $500 for her.
She was so grateful. She told me that she would pay me back as soon as she received the $100,000 her ex-husband owed her. I still did not know that she was lying to me and believed she planned on paying back all the money I had “loaned” to her.
After going to the bank, we went to Andronico's Market and I purchased over $100 worth of groceries for her and my brother. Afterall, she had not received any money from her ex and they had no groceries and nothing for dinner that night. She emphasized that my nephew, Mitchell, was with them that night. Nothing like a little bit of guilt to motivate me!
I saw my new best friend again on the 28th of December when she asked me if I wanted to “go in” on a New Year’s Eve party with her.

Conservator's Probate Property
At the end of my blog on the right hand side you will find information regarding Conservator's Probate Property. Click on any of the following conservators and attorneys to witness first hand what they are up to. Under their court appointed status, they are literally stealing the houses and personal property from the people they are supposed to protect!
