In Memory of Owen Walsh
Owen Walsh died on May 18, 2011. Mr. Walsh and his loved ones are the victims of court appointed conservators in San Francisco.
Mr. Walsh and my Grandmother had something in common. Elizabeth Adler was their conservator.
Elizabeth Adler filed for a divorce from Mr. Walsh's wife. Mr. Walsh's family was denied visits. His own daughter had to rent a hotel room because Ms. Adler would not allow her to sleep in her parents' home.
Ms. Adler filed everything exparte and the court granted Ms. Adler's request to waive notice to Mrs. Walsh! Mrs. Walsh has not received any details of her husband's death only that he died. Truly unbelievable.

Hello,
My name is Robert Gettinger, my mother has been conserved by my sister who perjured her petition with the help of a a lawyer who also perjured himself. Documents were sent to the wrong address so no one would respond. This was all done to hide missing bank accounts and many crimes my sister had committed against our mother.
My mother was ripped from her home November 2006 and locked away from family, over medicated so she could not speak to authorities to tell of the vicious crimes against her. I spent my life savings in legal fees doing what I was told was my only option to free her.
I came to the horrible conclusion that the system was broken, judges were in fact ignoring evidence, witnesses and crimes. Since then I have been networking on Facebook as Robert Gettinger. I've found numerous other victims in Los Angeles County, I feel that everyone in California should form a support group for the state and fight the laws and crimes as one.

Don't you want to know my final goal?

Nursing Home Complaint
Just received word that Laurel Heights Convalescent Hospital is going to be cited for two major deficiencies by the State of California's Department of Public Health.
The first deficiency is for nurses sleeping while on duty.
The second deficiency is for major inconsistencies in visiting hours policy for terminally ill patients.
Did Herb Thomas breach his fiduciary duty by breaking the law and violating California Probate Code?
1. On the San Francisco Superior Court website, there is a document called Conservator's Handbook. Inside that Handbook on page 45, you will find the following:
"One of your most important duties as conservator of a person is to decide where the conservatee will live....It is usually in the best interest of the conservatee to stay in his or her home."
2. California Probate Code 2352.5 (a) states:
"It shall be presumed that the personal residence of the conservatee is the least restrictive appropriate residence for the conservatee."
"In any hearing to determine if removal of the conservatee from his or her personal residence is appropriate that presumption may be overcome by a preponderence of the evidence." There was NEVER a hearing regarding my Grandmother's change of residence!
Herb Thomas moved Catherine DeMartini and violated California law, AB1288, California Probate statutes and San Francisco Local Rules of Court. He did not notify the court for 4 months of Catherine DeMartini's move to Laurel Heights even though he was required to do so within 30 days.
Catherine DeMartini died in a nursing home. Catherine's worst fear was to die in a nursing home. There is absolutely no reason Catherine could not have gone home with 24 hour care yet Herb Thomas placed her at Laurel Heights Convalescent Hospital and failed to notify the court for 4 months. Catherine's new doctor saw her on Wednesday and she died the following Tuesday. Catherine's doctor of 20 years never saw her after Mr. Thomas became her "professional" conservator. Her new doctor never came back after his Wednesday visit. Nurses sleep while on duty at Laurel Heights. I was there for 6 nights. I know. Would you want your loved one at such a place?
Laurel Heights charges $10,000 per month for a double room!

Correct if I am Wrong but....
A Letter to Mr. Siracusa and Ms. Adler,
Dear Larry and Liz,
While at the Settlement Hearing on May 31, 2011, I am positive I heard Larry say that his client no longer wanted to be the Trustee. I suppose I should have asked for clarification on the exact time period in which Liz intends to resign. My bet is that she will resign when ALL the money is gone. Want to place a wager?

Elizabeth Adler, the court appointed fiduciary turned trustee is attempting to have my attorney disqualified from the case. Haven't seen the motion yet. I can ONLY imagine!!!
This type of financial abuse is going on all over the country. Greedy attorneys and court appointed conservators, fiduciaries and guardians draining the life savings out of trusts and estates. They are relentless. Legal fees are over $500,000 last count including what my Uncle and I have paid.

This type of financial abuse is going on all over the country. Greedy attorneys and court appointed conservators, fiduciaries and guardians draining the life savings out of trusts and estates. They are relentless. Legal fees are over $500,000 last count including what my Uncle and I have paid.
$250,000 a year in legal fees just from my Grandmother's trust. Keep in mind these "professionals" represent 100s of people just in San Francisco and then do the math.
Read on. The next blog contains information that claims my Grandmother who has been gone since April 19, 2011 filed paperwork in court today. I am speechless....sort of!

This was filed in San Francisco Superior Court today. Conservatee Catherine R. DeMartini died on April 19, 2011!!! Guess Bruce Feder, the court appointed attorney for my Grandmother, wants his cut! Still have never seen the paperwork appointing him to the position!

Received a call from the State of California. Based on my complaint, the nursing home where my Grandmother died is being cited for violations. Just waiting to see the complete report!
