Professional Fiduciaries must comply with reporting requirements and must abide by the Professional Fiduciaries Code of Ethics so that client matters are handled responsibly and without conflict.
The Bureau accepts complaints filed against licensed professional fiduciaries subject to the licensing laws under the Professional Fiduciaries Act (Business & Professional Code §6500 et seq.) and its regulations.
